For several years in a row, we’ve had the honour of organising PostNL’s Award Show. An annual event to present innovative, sustainable, and remarkable ideas and projects. The employees are invited to enrol their initiative in one of six categories, for example Beautiful Bytes, Celebrating Customer Care and Sustainability Saviors. The best 3 are nominated to pitch their idea to PostNL’s senior management and finalist colleagues during a dinner show.

We were assigned to create a sparkling evening evolving around 3 stages, each with their own design and vibe, putting a spotlight on the co-workers and their pitch. In two swirling rounds all initiatives are presented and the winner of each category is announced. A wonderful way to meet each other, showcase what’s trending, and to implement business improvements based on daily observations.
